The days go by, Monday a new week and you’re sure to begin a new routine, Tuesday, you miss, but it’s just the second day of the week, Wednesday, still got four days to get three days in the gym.  A new week begins and still not one drop of sweat.   Lately with the dark, cold, gloomy nights this is all I can think about as I get up to make a stop at the gym.  Finally I think about my own words and what I would tell my clients, “there is no excuse to not make it to the gym or work out from home”.

Hey folks, I hope your holidays were filled with good design and fantastic photography. I had a good couple of weeks off. Actually I worked pretty much Hanukkah/Chanukah, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and day. But I love what I do. I love design and photography so much that this weekend I took my gear out into the frozen city tundra.
